Gearbox motor

Gearbox or electric gearbox, as its name implies, is made from a combination of an electric motor and a gearbox in which the gearbox is responsible for changing the speed and torque of the motor to achieve the desired speed and power. The gearbox is able to increase rotational power and reduce its speed. The higher the deceleration rate of the gearbox, the higher its power.

Direct shaft gear motor

Straight gear motor is one of the most widely used and popular electric gearboxes used in factories and industrial workshops.
The structure of this type of gearbox motor is very simple. Helical gears with a specific angle to each other are usually used in the gearbox of these engines.
Of course, in other types there may not be an angle.
The dimensions and size of these engines are usually smaller than other types. That is why they have a wide range of industrial applications.

SN gearbox

SN gearboxes consist of four different types that are produced in the form of steel gear and cast iron gear in SN1, SN2, SN3 and SN4 models and are usually used for conveyors of granulating and asphalt machines. These gearboxes are also called two-axis or parallel-axis gearboxes.
Due to the fact that the output of this gearbox is in the form of a halo shaft (hollow shaft), it is connected directly to the drive shaft of the conveyor drive and is controlled by an arm. The most widely used SN gearboxes are SN2 gearbox and SN3 gearbox.
Replaceable accessories of these gearboxes include SN gearbox shell, SN gearbox shaft, Bosch SN gearbox and SN gearbox gear.

This type of gearbox is produced only with fixed ratios and in order to change these ratios, they usually change the gearbox by changing the monetary size of the input circuit and as a result.
